2018 Retreat Information
I created Big Easy Mindfulness with YOU as the focus. I want you to relax, live in the moment, enjoy a glass of wine, put your feet in the pool (or just jump in!), and learn something new about yourself. There are so many activities I'd love to experience with you so it's been difficult to narrow it down to a select few. The itinerary I have planned is a flexible one, as I don't want to encourage stressful moments between you and the clock. We will go to sleep when we want and wake up when we want, however, there will be a "to do" list waiting for you after breakfast.
So, What Are We Doing?
Getting in touch with our creative spirit! We will explore mixed media painting, meditative drawing, and the beauty of designing your own nature wands (most people know them as smudge sticks; more on this later); Cooking meals together and hanging out in the courtyard by the pool. I have a couple of surprises up my sleeve too. Don't think I forgot about the streetcar! The house is only a half block away from the infamous St. Charles streetcar line, which can be utilized on Day Three! I've created an itinerary below.
Thursday, March 22nd
